As I was doing art journalling more expressively and regularly, I realized the amount of changes I was having.Healing came easier and self analysis.I'm able to understand and express myself much clearer.Each piece carries deep emotions positive or negative it's good to see those emotions take form on paper.I love the wisdom and insights that comes as I'm thinking, drawing and feeling.

I feel like I can create my reality through art and expression.Becoming wiser, clearing emotions and seeing clearly what I want to manifest.

A pure form of alchemy and magic work.

If I can create in my mind better yet visually and expressively, I can tune into that place deeper than usual and create into my physical reality.
